Open meadow corridor at Graystones Preserve where utilities are buried underground

    Utilities & Fiber Infrastructure

At Graystones Preserve, we believe that modern living and unspoiled nature should coexist seamlessly. Utilities, including electric and fiber optic cable, have been carefully buried beneath the Open Meadow corridor to keep this signature landscape pristine and its sweeping views unobstructed across hundreds of acres of protected land. Elsewhere throughout the preserve, utilities will be carried on overhead lines along the roads. These roads run almost entirely through forested areas, where the lines will follow the road corridors and sit close to the surrounding trees, making them less noticeable.

    Invisible Infrastructure, Uninterrupted Beauty

The buried utility corridor runs the full length of the Open Meadow, allowing homesite owners to connect to essential services without a single utility pole or overhead wire disturbing the natural horizon. The result is a landscape that looks — and feels — exactly as nature intended.

    High-Speed Fiber-Optic Connectivity

Running alongside the utility infrastructure will be a dedicated fiber-optic cable network. This means every homesite at Graystones Preserve has access to genuinely high-speed Internet, enabling seamless remote work, streaming, smart-home integration, and connectivity for generations to come.

In a setting as remote and naturally stunning as the Pocono Mountains, access to reliable, ultra-fast fiber broadband is a rare and meaningful advantage — one that Graystones has thoughtfully built into the very foundation of the community.

Modern infrastructure, buried out of sight — so nothing stands between you and the beauty of Graystones Preserve.
